Excellent car rental experience in Malaga and Benalmadena! We decided to use the services of this company for the first time during our trip in December, and we were completely satisfied. From the beginning, the service was outstanding. The rental representative greeted us at the airport with a smile. In a few minutes, we went to the parking lot and found a fuel-efficient hybrid Toyota Corolla SW with approximately 20,000 km on the dash. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. All formalities were completed quickly, without unnecessary complications. The representative provided map with information about the return process. The convenience of returning the car was crucial. We returned the car on time without a check-out procedure, which saved a lot of time. The overall rental experience left us with only positive impressions. Easy booking, paperwork done before arriving, outstanding service and really nice to be able to skip the lines at the airport rental services and instead just walk out and see your name tag, being led to your car, given instructions and off you go: takes 5 minutes. All is included (full insurance, free extra driver) so no worries. Easy return on parking lot. Highly recommended, best company to rent from.

I have used Autos Flores for many years and have always found them helpful and friendly by phone by or email. They have good comprehensive insurance and reliable and clean cars. They now have an improved website which is very easy to follow. They have arrangements to meet you at Málaga airport. Recently still waiting for me on a much delayed flight. Returning the car to the airport is simple, you do need a mobile to send a text or WhatsApp Message to identify its location in the car park. I recommend them unreservedly and hope that I will be able to hire a car from them for many years to come

Autos Flores offer a first class service when picking your car up at the airport, you meet the rep outside none of this looking at all the welcome boards at arrivals and he takes you a short walk across the road to your pick up. No long hauling of baggage. The representatives take time to make sure you are familiar with the controls of the car and for us they set up the Garmin Sat Nav and for 1 euro a day is a must have. Excellent service all round and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to hire a car.
